The Greater Accra Passenger Transport Executive (GAPTE) is an inter-assembly institution established to coordinate, regulate and improve urban passenger transport services across the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area.
Working with Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies, transport operators and development partners, GAPTE promotes integrated transport planning, effective service management and strategic infrastructure development to make urban mobility safer, more efficient and accessible.
